KQAL (89.5 FM) is a public radio station operated by Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota. It broadcasts an eclectic music format, billing itself as "your radio alternative". It is part of Minnesota's Independent Public Radio network. Ajit Daniels is at the helm. Jump aboard this sinking ship. Or not. Dinosaurs will die.
