KPTQ is a progressive talk radio outlet that also serves as the Spokane, Washington affiliate of the liberal talk network Air America Radio. It broadcast at 1280 kHz with an effective radiated power of 5 kW Daytime/33 W Nighttime. They are owned by Clear Channel Communications.

The station was originally KUDY and had a Religious format until 2002 when it swapped signals with 590, with the latters' Adult Standards format occupying the 1280 signal. In 2005 it dropped the Adult Standards format for its current format.
