KPRR-FM (Power 102 FM) is a Rhythmic Top 40 outlet based in El Paso, Texas. They are owned by Clear Channel Communications and broadcasts at 102.1 MHz on the FM dial with an effective radiated power of 100 kW. They are also one of two Rhythmic Top 40s in the market; XHTO is the other.
Adult Contemporary Oldies can be heard on 102.1 HD-2 (HD Radio needed).

KPRR, who made its debut with the format in September 1986 and patterned it after that of KPWR/Los Angeles, offers a more broad-based direction in its musical taste than most of the other Rhythmic Top 40 in the United States with its mix of R&B/Hip-Hop, Dance, Hurban and Rhythmic Pop fare.
