Thanks for taking the issue well - it's too bad that people who aren't famous can't have articles, eh? I remember when, for a brief time, there was an article about me (under my real name), that a vandal made as an attack against me, talking about a supposed "infamous columbian drug trader" - then it was deleted, and I recently got the dead-end disambiguation page there deleted through a prod. I hope it stays empty until I become famous someday. On the other hand, yes, I'm good with templates. I usually like creating conditional ones that change depending on options you give it, like {{ce}}. So, when you say contact box, I'm guessing you're talking about a userbox - here's a basic guess at what you're looking for:
