Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat (or KTP) is a sports club located in Kotka, Finland. It has football and basketball sections. The club was founded in 1927. The colours of Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat are green and white.

KTP has long football traditions. The club has won two Finnish championships and four times the Finnish Cup. In 2000 Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat was playing in Veikkausliiga, but was relegated to Ykkönen and finally went into bancrupty. Nowadays the club is playing in Kolmonen, which is 4th highest level of Finnish football. FC KooTeePee, which was originally a reserve team for KTP but became an independent club in 2000, is now playing in Veikkausliiga.

The all time cap and goal leader of KTP is Arto Tolsa (126 goals in 201 matches).

KTP also has long basketball traditions. It has the Finnish championships six times and the Finnish Cup nine times. Nowadays the club mostly concentrates on junior basketball and an independent osakeyhtiö KTP-Basket is playing on the highest level on Finnish basketball league.
