Kotavi

Kotavi, that is, an uncovered woman, is a mythical woman and the tutelary deity of Daityas. She was the mother of Banasur, the demon, who was killed by Devi Kumari. The name Kotavi is sometimes also applied to Durga to describe her ferocious traits.
