- Kosova is a town in the county of Elbasan in Albania. It borders with the county of Lushnje and has shifted several times between Lushnje and Elbasan. This has led to irony from people in Lushnje who use for Kosova the same "patriotic" jargon that Albania uses to claim Kosova, the Serbian province.
