The Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge, locally known as The Twin Bridges, is a pair of identical arch bridges that span the Mohawk River between the Towns of Colonie and Halfmoon, New York. The bridge carries Interstate 87 and was built in 1959. It is made of steel using a through arch design and was named in honor of Thaddeus Kosciusko, a Polish volunteer who was a General in the American Revolutionary War.
