Heikki Sipilä is the founder of KOMINFORM.

KOMINFORM is an alternative Finnish news agency which concretes on world news in a wide spectrum of subjects which focuses on the views of socialist and communist governments, because of the agency's stated belief that certain matters are not reported fairly in the rest of the news media.

KOMINFORM's founding father is Heikki Sipilä who continuously spends large parts of his free time on the project.
