Kohachi Shigetaka

Kohachi Shigetaka (May 10, 1895 - July 3, 2005) was the oldest man in Japan from July 2004 until his death. He died at the age of 110 years and 54 days. Japan's oldest man on record was Shigechiyo Izumi, who died in 1986, allegedly 120 years old.
