Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation

The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation was founded in 1917 by the chairman of the Stockholms Enskilda Bank, Knut A. Wallenberg and his wife Alice.

The Foundation awards grants to scientific research and education at Swedish universities, institutes and other academic units. The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation is one of the largest Swedish funders of research.
