Knoxford New Brunswick

Knoxford, New Brunswick is a little community outside of Centreville, New Brunswick. Home of the Knoxford Praying Band Church, Knoxford was a corner stone for Penticosts in the area. The origonal church built in 1921 was once a grainery. a new church was then built. the pastors home was built in 1951. It was first settled by George Knox. there was one man that made the trip to stay the winter in what is now Knoxford, he dug a hole in he grownd but could not stand it. It was origonaly going to be called Knoxville. Knoxford Lodge, a hunting lodge out in the back woods is one of the main attractions.

       There are two parts to Knoxford, upper knoxford (where most of the farm land is) and lower Knoxford (where most of the people live)
       Kids from Knoxford go to the following schools; Carleton North High in Bristol NB, and Centreville Community in Centreville NB.
       If you are ever looking to move to the country in Carleton County, then Knoxford is the place to be.
