Knox Township is one of the twelve townships of Vinton County, Ohio.
It borders the following townships:
- Waterloo Township, Athens County, Ohio: northeast
- Lee Township, Athens County, Ohio: east
- Columbia Township, Meigs County, Ohio: southeast
- Vinton Township, Vinton County, Ohio: southwest
- Madison Township, Vinton County, Ohio: west
- Brown Township, Vinton County, Ohio: northwest
Knox Township lies farther east than any other location in Vinton County.
