Knock Down is the second single from Alesha, from her debut album Fired Up. The single was commercially released on 30 October 2006, having been made available for legally download the week previous. The song was written and produced by the Kent-based production team, Xenomania, famous for their works with Sugababes, Kylie Minogue, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Girls Aloud.
The single has had disappointing charts result, peaking outside the Top 40 on the UK Single Charts, reaching the #69 on its first week, then #45 on its second week, and then #68 on its third week.

In the music video, Alesha is in a room pondering out the window and the room breaks up and you see she is around a studio. Alesha is also seen in a black and white outfit with short black shoulder length hair and a top hat dancing with backup dancers. She is also seen in an elegant 1950s style dress singing into an old-fashioned microphone. Toward the end of the music video, the original song morphs into the K-Gee remix, famous for his work with All Saints, featuring Alesha rapping, which made her famous in Mis-Teeq.
