[edit] VfD of Flight Schedule

Welcome to Wikipedia, Knest! Don't worry about this "mistake"; remember that Wikipedia policy is to be bold. There is no damage done at all. Just a note: VfD is not just for administrators; anyone can vote and nominate articles. It is, however, administrators who "close" VfDs once they have reached consensus. We appreciate all your contributions, and we do hope you will stay. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page (click the "A note?" link in my signature and edit that page) or at the help desk. Once again, welcome and happy wiki-editing! [edit] Kelowna Airport

Just wanted to let you know why I removed the International from the info box. I've been working on the Canadian airports and the main source of info I have is the Canada Flight Supplement (CFS) put out by NavCanada. After doing some of the airports I found that there are several that have more than one offical name. Check out Toronto Pearson International Airport which here GTAA states their offical name and which NavCanada lists as Toronto/Lester B. Pearson International Airport. I think what happens is that the airport authority changes the name and it doesn't get updated by NavCanada. However, I also realise that the CFS can be in error. I have reported several over the years, such as different airports listed with the same ICAO code! What I plan to do is come back later after I've finished my current project and work a sentence into the article that gives both names in a sensible way. Cheers. [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:LadaTogliatti.gif)

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:LadaTogliatti.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that your image can be used under a fair use license. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If your image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why your image was deleted. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sue Anne 05:10, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
