KMXA (AM)

KMXA is a Spanish-language radio station owned by Univision. It broadcasts on 1090AM from Denver, Colorado.

KMXA carries live play-by-play of the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer.

In the late 1980s and into the 1990s, this was KYBG, the first all-sports station west of the Mississippi River. Irv Brown was an early host on the station.
