Cyrillish is a new form of written-English, developed by Klipper, meant to be more simplistic than the conventional form of written-English. Cyrillish is a mixture of Cyrillic and Latin characters to cover all the sounds of English. Cyrillish is completely phonetical,

All the characters in Cyrillish look the same capital as they do lower-case, but when lower-case, they appear to be of a smaller font size.

When making an exclamation, or a question, insert the appropriate sings both at the beginning and ending of the sentence. Example:
