Klinga

Klinga is a former municipality in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway.
It was created by a split from Namsos herred on 1 January 1891. At that time Klinga had a population of 1,387.
On 1 January 1964 Klinga was incorporated into Namsos municipality. Prior to the merger Klinga had a population of 2,482.
