Kliff Kingsbury (born August 9, 1979 in San Antonio, Texas) is a National Football League player with the Buffalo Bills.

Kingsbury played collegiately for the Texas Tech Red Raiders from 1998-2002. He redshirted in 1998, and got his first start in the 1999 season finale against the Oklahoma Sooners. He assumed the starting role in 2000, starting in 39 games between 2000 and 2002. His best showing as a Red Raider was a 473-yard, 6 touchdown performance in a 42-38 home win against the heavily favored Texas Longhorns in 2002.

Kingsbury made his NFL debut in the fourth quarter of a game against the Denver Broncos on November 20, 2005, while a member of the New York Jets. On June 6, 2006, Kingsbury was claimed off waivers by the Buffalo Bills, he has since been released by the team is currently a free agent. Kingsbury was the starting quarterback of the Cologne Centurions of the NFL Europe league in 2006.[1]. Kliff Kingsbury holds several NCAA passing records.
