KLEW-TV, channel 3, is the CBS television affiliate serving north central Idaho and southeastern Washington, including nearby Pullman. The station is also the sister station of KIMA-TV in Yakima, Washington (which provides most of KLEW's programming), KEPR in the Tri-Cities and KOMO-TV in Seattle. KLEW, which signed on the air December 7, 1955, is owned by Fisher Communications. Its transmitter is located near Clarkston, Washington. KLEW is also one of very few stations that currently signs off every night.
