Klaus Mehnert

Klaus Mehnert (October 10, 1906 - January 2, 1984) was a German political journalist who wrote several political books.

He wrote about the advanced ideological exhaustion of the Soviet Union[1] and was one of many people which predicted the USSR's downfall.
