Kiyomi Niwata (庭田清美) (born December 10, 1970) is an athlete from Japan. She competes in triathlon.

Niwata competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She took fourteenth place with a total time of 2:03:53.01. At the 2004 Summer Olympics, she again placed fourteenth with a time of 2:07:42.70.
