Kitsuki (杵築市 Kitsuki-shi?) is a city located in Ōita Prefecture, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 22,955 and the density of 254.43 persons per km². The total area is 90.22 km².

The city was founded on April 1, 1955.
