[edit] Name issues

KISS-FM is the legal callsign issued to this San Antonio radio station by the FCC at licensing and is in no way related to the KISS-FM brand name used by Clear Channel Communications. Since Clear Channel has not tried to market its brand in San Antonio, Cox does not seem to mind the use of the name and has not taken any legal action.[2]
