The assertion that the use of this image qualifies as fair use has been disputed by User:Lar. The reason for this dispute is that This image is being used in the signature of User:Wonderfool who has been warned about it. The image appears in a large number of non article pages due to this usage, the only nondisputed current use would be Characters in Boy Meets Boy. Deletion is not suggested, but removal of this image from non complying usages is.. Please provide a rationale as to why this image qualifies as fair use. If no acceptable rationale can be provided, this image may be nominated for deletion in the future.

It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of a single panel from an episode of a webcomic

to illustrate:
- the scene or storyline depicted, or
- the copyrighted webcomic character(s) or group(s) depicted on the excerpted panel in question,
where no free alternative exists or can be created,
on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
