Kiryat Ono (קִרְיַת אוֹנוֹ, also transliterated as Qiryat Ono) is a city in the Tel Aviv District in Israel. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), in September 2003 the city had a total population of 24,200.

According to CBS, in 2001 the ethnic makeup of the city was all Jewish and other non-Arabs, without significant Arab population. In 2001 there were 50 immigrant settlers. See Population groups in Israel. This city has seen in the past years many changes, mostly growth in the number of apartment buildings, greatly increasing its population.

According to CBS, in 2001 there were 11,200 males and 12,000 females. The population of the city was spread out with 28.1% 19 years of age or younger, 15.5% between 20 and 29, 19.0% between 30 and 44, 18.9% from 45 to 59, 4.5% from 60 to 64, and 13.9% 65 years of age or older. The population growth rate in 2001 was 0.8%.

According to CBS, as of 2000, in the city there were 9,560 salaried workers and 928 are self-employed. The mean monthly wage in 2000 for a salaried worker in the city is ILS 7,648, a real change of 10.4% over the course of 2000. Salaried males have a mean monthly wage of ILS 9,706 (a real change of 9.1%) versus ILS 5,760 for females (a real change of 12.6%). The mean income for the self-employed is 9,778. There are 378 people who receive unemployment benefits and 395 people who receive an income guarantee.

According to CBS, there are 9 schools and 3,915 students in the city. They are spread out as 6 elementary schools and 1,883 elementary school students, and 3 high schools (Shazar junior high, Ben Zvi junior high and Ben Zvi High school) and 2,032 high school students. 60.6% of 12th grade students were entitled to a matriculation certificate in 2001.
