Kirksville Regional Airport (IATA: IRKICAO: KIRK) is a public airport located six miles (10 km) southeast of the central business district (CBD) of Kirksville, a city in Adair County, Missouri, USA. The airport covers 409 acres and has two runways. It is mostly used for general aviation, but is also served by one commercial airline. Service is subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.

On November 5, 2006, Air Midwest (operating as US Airways Express) commenced scheduled service to Kansas City International Airport.[1] Previously, scheduled service was provided by RegionsAir (operating as American Connection) with flights to Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.
