Kirklevington (HM Prison)

HM Prison Kirklevington Grange is a prison located at Yarm in North Yorkshire, England. The prison opened in 1992 as a resettlement prison for category C and D adult male offenders nearing the end of their sentences intending to settle in the north east of England. The prison has an operational capacity of 223, and is currently running at 100% capacity (as of March 2007). The prison was originally constructed in 1965 as a mixed remand centre.
