This is a portrait of Sant Kirpal Singh taken in 1972. Author is unknown, the image donated. The image was provided by Ruhani Satsang USA and is considered public domain. No copyright is claimed by Ruhani Satsang as all of Sant Kirpal Singh's works and images are in the public domain. However, they are the ostensible owners of the image and have given explicit permission.
