Kingston High School is a comprehensive four-year school with an enrollment of approximately 50000 students located on Broadway in Kingston, New York. KHS is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Board of Regents, State University of New York.

K.H.S. was founded in 1915 on its current site in Downtown Kingston. Through a piecemeal series of growth and facility expansions, the high school complex is currently composed of five separate buildings; the original "Main" building, Salzmann, Whistance, MJM, and the Kate Walton Field House (which houses both the gymnasium and auditorium). The various buildings are connected with pedestrian bridges.

Kingston High also has a great sports program. The Kingston Tigers have a lot of wins in every sport from football to cheerleading. The most noted graduate in recent years in Andrew R. Snyder, who currently attends Binghamton University.
