Kings of Wrestling (TNA)

The Kings of Wrestling was a professional wrestling stable that came to fruition at Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's (TNA) first-ever monthly Pay-Per-View on November 7, 2004, which was called "Victory Road". the members were "King of the Mountain" Jeff Jarrett (NWA World Heavyweight Champion), "The Silver Fox" Kevin Nash and Scott Hall.

For weeks, vignettes were aired heralding the return of "The Outsiders", Kevin Nash & Scott Hall, to wrestling. They would be involved in the main event of the evening (a ladder match between Jeff Hardy and the NWA Champion, Jeff Jarrett), but on supposedly opposite sides (Hall with Jarrett, Nash with Hardy). However, when Nash came to the ring with two guitars, instead of helping Hardy, he handed a guitar to Hall, and proceeded to beat Hardy down. Jarrett ended the match with an explosive guitar shot to the head and by retrieving the NWA World Heavyweight Title.
After the match, Nash cut a promo on how they were better than the entire TNA locker room, and challenged anyone to oppose them. A.J. Styles accepted, but was beaten down by this new stable. Randy Savage then made his debut in TNA, entering the Impact Zone to face off with the heels.
On iMPACT! the following week, Nash proclaimed the group to be called "The Kings Of Wrestling". The Kings wrecked havoc on multiple episodes of Impact before being challenged and defeated by Savage, Styles and Hardy in a six-man tag team match at Turning Point.
After the six man tag match, Savage was next in line for a title shot (having pinned the champ, Jarrett, in their previous encounter), but in light of him leaving the company, Director of Authority Dusty Rhodes appointed a three way match at Final Resolution to achieve a #1 contender to the NWA Title. The first two competitors announced were Diamond Dallas Page and Monty Brown. The third was Kevin Nash, Jarrett's ally in the KoW.
The group hit a period of friction, as Nash openly competed for the title shot at Final Resolution (losing when Page dumped him over the top rope) before earning a shot at Jarrett's NWA title at Against All Odds. This notable match included the debut of The Outlaw and the return of Sean Waltman, the former on the behalf of Jeff Jarrett, the latter on the behalf of Nash. In light of this, the Kings of Wrestling were finished.

Kevin Nash continued his run as a babyface after losing at Against All Odds, facing off with The Outlaw at Destination X and demanding a Lethal Lockdown match which pitted himself, Page, and Waltman against Jarrett, Brown, and the Outlaw at Lockdown. Nash was unable to compete due to a staph infection and had to be replaced by B.G. James.
Jeff Jarrett went on to successfully defend his NWA Title against Diamond Dallas Page at Destination X before competing in the Lethal Lockdown match. He eventually lost the belt to AJ Styles at Hard Justice, regained it in September from Raven, and formed a new faction of his own to protect it, nicknamed Planet Jarrett.
Scott Hall got involved in a feud at Against All Odds where he was supposed to team with Bobby Roode against Monty Brown and Dallas Page. Hall had to withdraw from the match due to recurring personal problems, and was shortly thereafter removed from the TNA roster.
