The Kingfield and Dead River Railroad was a 2 ft (610 mm) gauge narrow gauge common carrier railroad in the State of Maine. Although it was a separate company from the Franklin and Megantic Railroad (FMR), it effectively formed an extension of that railroad and was mainly worked using rolling stock from the FMR and Sandy River Railroad.
