[edit] Biography
Count Machuki noticed him for his spectacular way of dancing and offered him to try the mix. Born with a facial malformation, King Stitt took advantage of it and called himself The Ugly, in reference to the Sergio Leone western movie The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
He became one of the first DJs to define the genre and recorded hits mainly for producers Coxsone Dodd and Clancy Eccles.
