- King Rat, the head of the Grand Order of Water Rats, a music hall society of Great Britain. The title comes from the name of a character in the pantomime Dick Whittington.
- King Rat was the nickname of the British terrorist Billy Wright, and an autobiography he wrote detailing his criminal activities.
