Rattanawapi (Thai: รัตนวาปี) is a minor district (King Amphoe) of Nong Khai Province, northeastern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the east clockwise) Pak Khat, So Phisai, Fao Rai and Phon Phisai of Nong Khai Province, and Bolikhamxai Province of Laos.

The minor district was split off from Phon Phisai district in 1994.

The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 61 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and 5 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
