Khwao Sinarin (Thai: เขวาสินรินทร์) is a minor district (King Amphoe) of Surin Province, northeastern Thailand.

The minor district was established on July 15 1996 with area split from Mueang Surin district.

Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Chom Phra, Sikhoraphum and Mueang Surin.

The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 58 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and further 5 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
