Khok Pho Chai (Thai: โคกโพธิ์ไชย) is a minor district (King Amphoe) of Khon Kaen Province, northeastern Thailand.

The minor district was established on April 30 1994 by splitting it Mancha Khiri district.

Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Mancha Khiri, Chonnabot and Waeng Yai of Khon Kaen Province, and Khon Sawan and Kaeng Khro of Chaiyaphum Province.

The district is subdivided into 4 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 40 villages (muban). The township (thesaban tambon) Ban Khok covers parts of the tambon Ban Khok. There are further 4 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
