Khlong Khuean (Thai: คลองเขื่อน) is a minor district (King Amphoe) of Chachoengsao Province, central Thailand.

The district was created on 18 May 1993 by splitting it from Bang Khla district.

Neighboring districts are (from the east clockwise) Bang Khla, Mueang Chachoengsao, Bang Nam Priao of Chachoengsao Province and Ban Sang of Prachinburi Province.
The important water resource is the Bang Pakong River.

The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 32 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and 5 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
