KinderCare Learning Centers are the leading licensed child care provider in the United States.
KinderCare was founded in 1969 and now operates over 1,250 centers, serving more than 120,000 children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years.
They also operate Knowledge Learning Corporation (founded as Children's Discovery Centers in 1983) and has since expanded to 740 community centers and more than 450 on-site school programs.
According to the KinderCare website, the two companies serve more than 200,000 children, with 1,900 community centers, 656 before-and-after school programs, and 123 employer-sponsored childcare centers in 39 states and the District of Columbia.
