Kim Walker

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kimberly Anne Walker (June 19, 1968 - March 6, 2001) was an American actress.

Probably her best-known role was that of Heather Chandler in the film Heathers.

During the filming, her Costar Christian Slater broke up with her and began dating Winona Ryder instead, an ironic echo of the film.

The saddest element of life imitating art, however, was that one of Heather Chandler's best-known sneering lines was "Did you have a brain tumor for breakfast?" because years later, Walker actually developed a brain tumor (malignant glioma) and died at home on the morning of March 6, 2001.

Kim Walker is interred in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, Suffolk County, New York.
