Kim Sue Il is a fictional character from SNK's Neo Geo and Neo Geo CD console's fighting game Kizuna Encounter, part of the Fu'un series. He's is one of the the heroes of this game and one of the newcomers, along with Rosa and Jyazu.

Kim is an easygoing Korean police officer in Jipang. He has a Taekwondo fighting style much like an ancestor's and also fights with a staff. Kim was assigned to arrest Joker and all his gang members, so he entered the new Battle of the Beast God Tournament. Kim teamed up with Rosa to stop King Lion, and befriended Sho Hayate and Max Eagle in the tournament.

"Come on, go home..." Kim chases away another drunk. King Lion's plebs gone, he returns to his old job.

"The Crime Syndicate Looly Po Po's leader Joker breaks free...", hisses his radio. Kim is oblivious. "Paaaaah". He snorts in his tissue. Jipang is at peace. For now...[1]

Kim Sue Il is a direct descendant of Kim Kaphwan, not just having the same face, but also the same Taekwondo martial art style and sharing many of Kim's moves.
He always uses sunglasses, except in his fights.
He is called Kim Young Mok in non-Japanese and non-US versions.
He has made various cameos throughout The King of Fighters series, especifically in the backgrounds of various stages, like in KOF 2002.
He appears also as Kim Kaphwan's striker in KOF 2000.
Kim Sue Il possibly appears as a cameo in Kim Jae Hoon's stage. He is on the right side of the stage talking to a shop owner.
