Kim Dragon is a famous martial artist and a star of martial arts films. Accused of false fighter, he accepted the invitation to fight against Geegus.

- Kim Dragon is strongly based on Bruce Lee, probably as a homage from ADK.
- He is also an actor and singer.
- In the first game he was stated to be Chinese, but then ADK changed his nationality to Korean. However, in the SNES version of World Heroes 2, he is still Chinese.
- In popular opinion, Kim Dragon is one of the most hated Bruce Lee clones in the video games[citation needed].
- His Dragon Kick is used by Fei Long with an added flame effect in MAME.
