Kim Dong-Sung (born 9 February 1980) is a South Korean short track speed skater, who won two medals at the 1998 Winter Olympics. At the 2002 Winter Olympics he originally won the 1500 m, but the officials disqualified him for blocking Apolo Anton Ohno.
