The caption of the Kilo in question was mislabeled. It is not the Polish Orzel but rather the Iranian Yunes.

I'm certain this is in fact the Yunes. The Orzeł has the number 291 and a white eagle on both sides of its sail. The Yunes has no such markings. Additionally, there's another picture of the Orzeł here on Wikipedia that was taken in 1993. Those markings were present then and are still there today.
