Killarney Heights is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

Offering panoramic views of Middle Harbour, Killarney Heights is a suburb that, like the rest of its area, is identified with a high standard of living. The suburb is located on a peninsula bound by the waters of Middle Harbour with Roseville Chase to the South and Bantry Bay to the North and it is easily accessible via the Roseville Bridge and Forest Way in these respective directions.

Killarney Heights is about 20mins away from the city during non peak hours. The only public transport around this area is through a private bus company, Forest Coach Lines. Routes that go through Killarney Heights include trips to and from the City and Chatswood.

There are two schools in Killarney Heights and many more around the area. Killarney Heights Primary is situated across the road from Killarney Heights Oval. Killarney Heights High School is situated next to the oval. A preschool is also nearby.

The suburb is located next to Forestville. Killarney was originally developed in the 1950s as South Forestville and Heidelberg, but became the site of considerable development after the second Roseville Bridge was completed. Along with a name change to Killarney Heights, each street in the development now reflects Irish placenames (e.g. Blarney Avenue, Dublin Avenue, Donegal Road, Tipperary Street, Ballyshannon Road).
