Kill the Moonlight is an album by the band Spoon. It was released on 20 August 2002 and gained relatively positive reviews from critics and adoration from fans of indie rock. It was rated among Rolling Stone Magazine's top 50 albums of 2002 and it was rated the best album of 2002 by the College Music Journal.
"The Way We Get By" was released as a single, and obtained praise from many critics. It was featured on the show The O.C. and also on a soundtrack from the show.
"The Way We Get By" was also featured on the 2004 film Mean Creek and the 2005 indie film The Puffy Chair.
