Kill Team is an fast variant of the Warhammer 40,000 game system introduced in White Dwarf Number 286 (US).

The game is uses the game mechanics of Warhammer 40K, but with only about a dozen models per side and the two players swop sides to play the game scenario again from the opposing point of view. The action is played between a team comprised of individuals who would count as commandoes in the real world. They fight against "Brutes" who are normally the regular troops amongst the faction thay are from.

The game is split into turns, which are divided into 3 phases: Movement, Shooting and Assault.
