Kill Your Own is the third album by British based rock band, Hundred Reasons, and their first for V2 Records.

The album has thus far received generally strong reviews from the press and is well received by the loyal Hundred Reasons fanbase.

Guitarist Larry Hibbitt handled production duties on this album as opposed to Dave Sardy, who produced their previous two efforts. Sardy did, however, mix three of the tracks on the album and the b-side "Casual Friday". This song was apparently left off the album because Hibbitt, according to Gilmour, put an "irritating keyboard" on the song.

Many of the songs on Kill Your Own were debuted in the band's live set of their December tour of the UK's Barfly venues. Those who attended these shows were gived a CD entitled Singles Club 3 which contained the track "Feed the Fire" making that the second song to be heard from the album. The first heard was "No Pretending" which was released in demo form in 2005 from their official website. Demos of "Kill Your Own" and "This Mess" were also later made available before the album's release.

The first single from the album, "Kill Your Own", reached #45 in the UK single charts and the album entered, at what could be considered a disappointing, #79 on the album chart. Despite this, it reached #3 in Radio 1's Rock Chart.
