The Kijów (Kiev) Voivodeship (Polish: Województwo Kijowskie) was a unit of administrative division and local government in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania from the 14th century until 1569 and of the Kingdom of Poland from 1569 until 1793/1795, part of Małopolska. First administrative center was Kijów (Kiev). However Kijów was given to Imperial Russia in 1667 by Treaty of Andrusovo so that her center moved to Żytomierz. Today the region belongs to Ukraine.
