Kiev Cake is a kind of dessert cake. It used to be made only in Kiev, Ukraine by the Karl Marx Chocolate Factory, although now-a-days you can find it in your local superstore.

This cake has a large layer of biscuit with hazelnuts and caramel-like filling.
